A truly decadent cake.

Layers of brown sugar cake, vanilla bean flecked crème brulee buttercream, and caramelized sugar shards.

Made with our own blend of rice flour, potato starch and tapioca starch.

All of our cakes feature 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling and are approximately 4 ½ " tall.

We do recommend leaving the cake out of the refrigerator at least 90 minutes before serving. We use only real butter and it needs to come to room temperature to ensure a silky and smooth texture of the icing.

We do require a minimum 48 hours notice for our cakes.
