One of the best things about Easter is chocolate mini eggs and this cake is loaded with them
Classic devil’s food chocolate cake , layered with vanilla buttercream, lots of crushed mini eggs and chocolate ganache. Decorated with vanilla buttercream and more mini eggs.
Made with our own mix of white rice flour, tapioca starch and potato starch.

All of our cakes feature 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling and are approximately 4 ½ " tall.
We do recommend leaving the cake out of the refrigerator at least 90 minutes before serving. We use only real butter and it needs to come to room temperature to ensure a silky and smooth texture of the icing.
We do require a minimum 48 hours notice for our cakes
