The perfect combination of rich chocolate and creamy mint.

Devil’s food chocolate cake filled with mint cream cheese frosting and Belgian dark chocolate ganache.

Made with our own blend of rice flour, potato starch and tapioca starch.

All of our cakes feature 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling and are approximately 4 ½ " tall.

We do recommend leaving the cake out of the refrigerator at least 90 minutes before serving. We use only real butter and it needs to come to room temperature to ensure a silky and smooth texture of the icing.

We do require a minimum 72 hours notice for our cakes.
